Dr. Rasheed Ahmad holds diverse professional experience serving leading private and public technology-based organizations. He has a Ph.D. with a specialization in Information Systems Security from the University of the Cumberlands, Kentucky (2021), an MBA with a specialization in Information Technology from Capella University, Minneapolis (2016), and a master's degree in computer science from the City University of New York (2006). Dr. Rasheed is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and an Oracle Database Administration Professional (OCP) from Oracle Corporation. Dr. Rasheed actively works on building and architecting Cloud-based solutions tailored toward migrating on-prem applications to the Cloud environment. His research interests include the Internet of Things (IoT), intrusion detection systems, cyber security, and big data analytics. He is passionate about mentoring and guiding tomorrow's IT professionals toward a successful career and achieving their career goals. In his spare time, Dr. Rasheed enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and community activities.
