How do I order a FXUA Transcript?
For Current students, and alumni who graduated after 2012. Submit an online Transcript Request.
For alumni who graduated before 2012, and withdrawn students. Please contact email@example.com
- Unofficial transcripts (student copy) are available no charge through your student portal.
- Transcript orders cannot be accepted by telephone or fax.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are submitted.
How long does it take to process my transcript request?
Unless you request a 48 – hour service, all orders, including pick up orders, are processed within five (5) business days from the date your order is submitted/received. A longer processing time may be required when final grades are pending for a semester in progress. Delivery times are not included in processing time and vary according to local postal services for the destination address. Delivery schedules also vary.
Photo identification is required to pick up your transcript. If you authorize another individual to pick up your transcript(s), you must provide the name when filling out the request. The individual will be asked to show a photo identification at the time of picking up the transcript.
What if my transcript does not arrive?
If, after 15 days from the date of your order, your transcript has not arrived at its intended destination, notify the Registrar’s Office (firstname.lastname@example.org) or at (703) 591-7042. Notifications of non-receipt are accepted up to 90 days after your order date. After 90 days, you must place a new order.
