All education/degree verifications need to be submitted via email to with the student’s consent form.
Transcript Release Information
- Transcript orders must be placed online. The Fairfax University of America does not accept transcript orders via fax, mail, email, or phone.
- No transcript will be released if you have outstanding financial obligations to the university or if any restrictive holds have been placed on your student records.

Are PDF or electronic transcripts available?
Yes, you can request an official electronic transcripts.
Can I pick up my transcript?
An in-person pickup option is not available. Transcripts will be delivered by mailing or electronically depending on the delivery method you select during the ordering process in Parchment.
Can I request express delivery?
Yes. If you enter a physical street address for delivery, the system will offer express delivery as an option. We utilize Federal Express for all express shipping.
