- Coordinating development plans for employees with known deficiencies;
- Providing on-site skills training for managers and staff;
- Overseeing assigned training via the Learning Management System.

- Assisting managers to develop and administer performance standards, performance evaluations, and development plans;
- Working with Quality Assurance and departments to develop departmental outcomes and goals;
- Facilitating discussions between managers and employee regarding performance;
- Coordinating service awards and nominations for recognition awards.
Responsibilities of the department include:
- Classifying all staff positions;
- Creating and implementing a market-based compensation system;
- Overseeing all performance bonuses and merit increases;
- Determining faculty and staff compensation;
- Coordinating and evaluating all faculty contracts, including supplemental contracts for full-time staff.

- Evaluating benefit options on an annual basis and providing a comprehensive package to all eligible employees;
- Providing information and education on employee benefits package to employees;
- Administering benefits for employees, including enrollment, changes, and COBRA benefits;
- Providing guidance to employees and administering workers’ compensation claims.
Responsibilities of the department include:
- Processing pay for all employees in compliance with federal and local labor laws;
- Processing compensation and organizational changes;
- Responding to inquiries regarding pay and deductions;
- Providing information for employment verification inquiries;
- Responding to unemployment compensation claims.
Responsibilities of the department include:
- Providing guidance to managers and employees on federal and state laws;
- Providing guidance and oversight on the University’s code of ethics;
- Responding to requests and providing accommodations for employees with disabilities;
- Administering all qualifying requests for FMLA leave;
- Verifying employment eligibility and maintaining appropriate records.
Responsibilities of the department include:
- Overseeing, facilitating, and monitoring foreign national immigration petition filing to ensure that non-immigrant visa and permanent residency (green card) processing is completed in accordance with relevant regulations
- Overseeing the employment authorization (I-9) process and providing training to departments, as necessary
