Fairfax University of America (FXUA) is a small, private, non-profit university located about 20 miles outside of Washington, DC in Fairfax, Virginia. We offer graduate, undergraduate, and certificate degree programs in the fields of business, computer science and information systems, education, and public and international affairs. While the majority of our students are here on international student visas (F-1 visa), most are eligible to legally work during their studies here in the United States.

Employers can register online through the Career Services Management System (CSM), our online job search tool, to post jobs or internships and view student profiles and résumés. All you have to do is create an account and log in. We will approve your registration, and then you will receive an email with log in details.

Is it difficult to hire an international student?
Many companies are afraid to hire international students for the fear of added administrative work. Hiring an international student is easy for the employer. All paperwork is handled by the student and the school. The only documentation the student requires from the employer is an employment offer letter showing the employment dates (for CPT), rate of pay, job information, and date of hire.
