Adjunct Faculty, School of Business
Dr. Victoria Ashiru first joined FXUA in 2010 as a member of the FXUA Advisory Doctorate Committee and as an adjunct faculty with the School of Business in Fall 2011. She has over 20 years of work experience with international organizations in several capacities, but with an extensive concentration in human resources management. She worked with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) from 1996 to 2010. She provided assistance, guidance, and protocol for personnel matters and served as the administrative liaison in the areas of human resources and benefits administration and public and member relations. Prior to her employment with the IMF, Dr. Ashiru worked in the Overseas Personnel Section of the Commonwealth Secretariat in London, England as a member of the human resource team for field expatriates.
Dr. Ashiru attended University of Maryland University College (UMUC) and received a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management, a Master of Science in Human Resources Management/HRM, and a Doctorate of Management.
