Hiba is passionate about making a positive impact via engaging learning experiences. She specializes in instructional design, blended learning, eLearning, curriculum development, learning technologies, microlearning, and social media for learning. Prior to joining FXUA, Hiba supported a wide range of international development, nonprofit, corporate, defense, and federal learning environments. She holds a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) credential from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Certification Institute. Hiba also holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Instructional Design and Technology, as well as an e-Learning Graduate Certificate, from George Mason University.
