Dr. Hammad Elbedour graduated from the University of Phoenix with a doctorate degree in organization management and leadership in June 2010. He earned both his Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota in 1995. He has more than 16 years of extensive IT experience at high tech companies in Minnesota and Virginia where he served as a project manager and project lead as well as an IT consultant for various industries. In addition to his experience in IT project management and consulting, he has many years of teaching experience in private schools and colleges teaching business and computer courses for both graduate and undergraduate students. An important aspect of Dr. Elbedour’s teaching philosophy is to motivate students and help them prepare for a lifelong learning and working journey. He is very flexible and available to assist students; he is also very sensitive and considerate of their cultural differences Dr. Elbedour has published two articles with the School Psychology International Journal and a third paper will be published in Fall 2014.
