Fouad Moumen is a Senior Staff Associate of Econometrica Inc., a research and management consulting firm committed to providing high quality, cost-effective analysis, modeling, and economic evaluations. Dr. Moumen has provided technical support to various government agencies in such diverse areas as statistical modeling and forecasting, risk analysis methodologies, sample design and statistical analysis, generalized variance estimation, and data imputation. His research has also included estimation and prediction for exponential time-series models, and nonparametric approach to regression and time-series prediction. His specialty is the application, evaluation, and enhancement of complex statistical models and databases. Currently, he is assisting Econometrica with large-scale statistical projects. Dr. Moumen has extensive experience in teaching university undergraduate and graduate statistics and mathematic courses for George Mason University, University of Maryland, the University of the District of Columbia and NOVA. He received a B.S. in Economics and Political Science from Cairo University, an M.S. in Applied Statistics from Cairo University, an M.S. in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, and a Ph.D. in Statistics from Florida State University.
