Fairfax, VA – Fairfax University of America is hosting the Politics and Ethics Conference and Leadership Workshop on April 30th and May 1st at the Village Drive Campus in Fairfax, VA. This two-day event will focus on developing ethical leaders in business and education by addressing the questions: What is the role of ethics in the American society and around the world today? What are the major ethical challenges societies are experiencing and how are they being addressed? How do we find and develop ethical leaders?

On the first day, Monday, April 30th, the Politics and Ethics Conference will bring together academics and practitioners to present their research and work on the conference thematic areas.

On the second day, Tuesday, May 1st, the Leadership Workshop will feature a participative workshop led by John Knights, Chairman of LeaderShape Global, and Dr. Tony Wall, Professor at the University of Chester, UK. The workshop will center around a number of group discussions, activities and exercises aimed at incentivizing participants to the problems of the day, and offering strategies for employing ethical leadership in a variety of contexts.
